Description: Project consisted of a .5 MGD Oxidation Ditch Activated Sludge Process Treatment Facility (expandable to 1.0MGD). Work included Pretreatment Structure, Effluent Filters, Chlorine Contact Tank, Sludge Holding Tank, Sludge Thickener and Loading Station, Public Access Reuse Storage Tank, Rapid Infiltration Basins and an Operations and Maintenance Building. Additionally, contract included construction of the Effluent Disposal Backup using on-site Rapid Infiltration Basins (RIB’s). Encore self-performed 75% of the work including piping, concrete, metals, painting, process equipment and piping installation. This project received the 2007 ABC Excellence in Construction Award of Merit, Public Works/Environmental $5 - $10 million
