Work included furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to construct: influent structure with stair screen and washing press; two .05 MGD oxidation ditches with 100 HP aerators with integral anoxic chambers; two 55-foot diameter clarifiers; RAW/WAS Pump Station; two Disc Filter Units; Chlorine Contact Chamber; new Chlorination Facilities; two Vertical Turbine Effluent Pumps with VFD's; In-Plant Pump Stations; Alum Feed System; conversion of existing Biological Treatment Units to Aerobic Digesters; 1.0 MGD offsite Reuse Ground Storage Tank; yard piping; sitework and electrical/instrumentation including new emergency generator. Encore self-performed 65% of the work including piping, concrete, metals, painting, process equipment and piping installation.
