Description: Expanding existing 3.0MGD facility to 6.0MGD. Work included: subsurface Compaction Grouting below structures; Channel Screen, Grit Chamber, Odor Control System; two 40' x 46' Anoxic Basins with Submersible Mixers; two 40' x 144' Aeration Basins with Fixed Vertical Shaft Surface Aerators and Recycle Pumps; one Duplex Recycle Pump Station; two 80' diameter Clarifiers; one Triplex RAS Pumping Station; four Duplex Deep Bed Dual Media Filters; one CMU Blower Building with Two Positive Displacement Blowers; one Dual Channel Chlorine Contact Chamber, two Vertical Turbine Transfer Pumps, one Duplex Vertical Turbine High Service Reuse Pump Station, two 70' diameter Sludge Holding Basins with Floating Surface Aerators, one 80' diameter Gravity Thickener, 3,100 sq.ft. Metal Dewatering Building with Belt Filter Press and Conveyors, 1,000 sq.ft. Expansion of existing Operations Building, 5,700 sq.ft. Maintenance Building, two Generators, and two Expanded and Lined Reject Ponds. Encore self-performed 80% of the work including piping, concrete, metals, painting, process equipment and piping installation.
