Internships give the opportunity to see the career possibilities ahead.

Individuals who are selected to become part of the Encore Team are given the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience. Our objective is to utilize the individual as a productive member of our construction team. We provide comprehensive training with a variety of work assignments. Each Co-op will be given assignments in our Estimating Department and at individual jobsites (not necessarily in this order).
