Ideally, we seek at least 5 years experience in heavy vertical concrete forming and placing, however, if you are an experienced concrete foreman looking for training to take your career to the next level, you should apply. The Superintendent is responsible for the on-time completion of the project within its budget, while maintaining the company's high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. In addition, supervises the craft workers and assigns responsibilities. Duties also include assisting with schedule development, selecting and designing the concrete formwork, verifying surveying and layout, ensuring proper safety procedures, acquisition of manpower, cost control and labor reporting. Must possess strong leadership skills required to manage multiple crews and priorities. Experienced with self-performing work and devoted to employee growth and development a must.

Starting salary is $480.00 per week increasing each term worked, $250.00 end of term bonus, travel expenses (one round trip home to assignment to home), and low cost furnished housing. Your career direction needs to be field management in a heavy civil engineering general contractor. This assignment is meant to give you full hands-on learning in the skilled trades (mechanical pipe fitting/laying, concrete, millwright, and as an equipment operator. This is a field assignment not an office job. Future career path for this individual is Foreman and Superintendent in a self-performing General Contractor.
