This Project included the rehabilitation of a existing facility to configure two plants into a single treatment plant with two parallel treatment trains, increasing the compacity to .274MGD. Using the four-stage Bardenpho process, the completed project improved the treatment to Advanced Wastewater Treatment (AWT) standards. Work included construction of new cast-in-place circular clarifiers, new control building, new disc filters, new treatment equipment including an influent mechanical screen, aerations blowers and diffusers, secondary clarifiers, chlorine contact chambers, chemical storage and feed systems, odor control, sludge storage tanks and injection wells. The electrical and instrumentation systems were completely replaced. Encore self-performed 78% of the work on this project including piping, concrete, metals, painting, process equipment and piping installation.
