Does Encore hire students for Internships and Co-ops?
We established an alternating Co-op and Internship Program in 2004 to give Civil Engineering and Construction Management college students the opportunity to actively participate and apply their college education in a project environment. This program shows the student the duties and responsibilities associated with being a Project Engineer to begin their development to Project Management. Recently, Encore established a parallel program for Field Management. We hire college, technical or vocational school students to participate in craft training and begin their development in field management. We also employ Civil Engineering and Construction Management students in our Estimating Department. Throughout our history, Encore has believed in sharing knowledge through a well-structured training and employment development program.
