| Description: |
This project consisted
of three phases. First phase
included laying 2750' of ductile iron yard piping up to 18" diameter;
installing and placing in service two Pump Stations, demolishing the existing
concrete lagoon and construction of a new Effluent Storage Pond.
Second phase involved building a new Treatment Plant, Encore placed
1,600 cubic yards of concrete and placed 180 tons of rebar.
The new Plant contains new Blowers, four Aeration Bays, Equalization
Pumps, an Aerated Grit Removal System, Bandscreens, Membrane Filtration Units
and an Ultraviolet Disinfection Unit. The
final phase of the project was the demolishment of the existing plant. |
