Encore Construction When Performance Counts!

Encore History: Transformed into a Water and Wastewater Treatment Specialist

Determination, dedication and loyalty have transformed Encore into one of the largest builders of water and wastewater treatment facilities in the State of Florida.

In 1984, Patrick Rainey formed a structural concrete firm in Orlando, Florida. Founded on the principals of quality and fairness, Encore developed a reputation of providing high-quality work, completed on or ahead of schedule, at a competitive price. Having acted as a subcontractor on several treatment plant projects, Encore decided to try its hand as a general contractor. It was during this time that the company began building water and wastewater treatment facilities. Encore completed the construction of its first treatment plant in 1989.

In the mid 1990's, the company ventured into the design/build project delivery method. The size and geographic scope of the water and wastewater treatment facility construction business began to expand. Still directed by Mr. Rainey, Encore today specializes exclusively in the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities throughout the Southeast United States.
