Project Engineer plans, coordinates and manages on-site engineering and administrative activities. Superintendent is responsible for the on-time completion of the project within its budget, while maintaining the company's high standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction. The Superintendent supervises the craft workers and assigns responsibility to the foreman. Duties also include assisting with schedule development, selecting and designing the concrete formwork, verifying surveying and layout, ensuring proper safety procedures, acquisition of manpower, cost control and labor reporting.
