Description:
Construction of a new 0.2 MGD Waste Water Treatment Plant. Includes a 140 ft by 45 ft common-wall concrete tank containing a covered Equalization Basin, Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor (UASB) system, and a three-section Immobilized Cell Bioreactor (ICB). Also includes a pre-engineered Control & Lab Building, and an engineered metal canopy to cover ancillary equipment and piping including a DAF unit, boiler, heat exchanger, degassing tower, biofilter, chemical system and various process pumps. Encore self-performed 80% of the work including piping, concrete, metals, painting, process equipment and piping installation.
