Design/Build -

Single Point Accountability is one of the many benefits of utilizing the Design/Build Delivery Method. Overall project completion time and cost are typically reduced when using this method. Having the Contractor (Encore) and Engineer on the same team, committed to satisfying the Clients, provides for the highest quality results. Encore has successfully completed over 25 projects in the past 12 years with Design/Build (teaming with various Design Firms).

Construction Management -

When the Client has the Designer chosen, but wants the benefits of Design/Build, then Construction Management (CM) is the right choice. By selecting a CM Team at the beginning or early into the design, the Client can get that additional perspective. Using Encore's in-depth construction knowledge, our input on constructability/value engineering, scheduling and budgeting, will not only pay for itself, but reduce the overall project's cost and duration.

Hard Bid -
