Description: This project included the design and construction of a sludge dewatering press and building at an existing wastewater treatment plant in Winter Garden, Florida. Work included installing helical screw piles, sanitary, storm piping and structures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment, polymer system, 2.0 belt press, sludge cake pump and various area finishes and sitework. Encore self-performed 53% of the work on this project including piping, concrete, metals, painting, process equipment and piping installation.
