Safety is more than a slogan, it is our commitment. The foundation of Encore's Safety Program is a moral commitment to protecting the lives and safety of our employees, clients, subcontractors and the public. Safety is considered in planning and executing all company activities. All employees are expected to consider the safety and health of themselves, their fellow employees, our clients and the public in every task they perform.

Prior to starting any project, a Job Specific Safety Plan is prepared to address the hazards and risks of each individual project. Our focus is maintaining safe and healthful working conditions. We promote safety and health awareness among all our employees. We require each employee to adhere to our safety guidelines and use safety equipment in the proper manner. Likewise, we insist that our subcontractors and their employees promote and follow appropriate safety procedures.

Encore holds the 2004 and 2005 Charles J. Eidel Safety Award from the ABC Central Florida Chapter.
